Welcome to Biyala Community Hub, a welcoming community space for local groups, organisations and residents. Whether you're planning a meeting, workshop, community program or activity, our flexible community room provides a comfortable and accessible place to bring people together.
Located at 2119 Warralily Boulevard, Armstrong Creek, Biyala Community Hub is co-located with the KU Community Kinder, making it an ideal venue for programs and activities for children and families.
Our light-filled community room is suitable for a range of activities, including playgroups, education sessions, meetings, workshops and community events. The space can be arranged to suit your activity and includes access to modern facilities in a welcoming environment.

Community Space
The Community Room is a large, flexible space suitable for workshops, training sessions, meetings, classes, community programs and group activities.
The room includes:
- 10 trestle tables
- 32 adult chairs
- 5 children's tables
- 18 children's chairs
- Whiteboard
- Presentation screen
The space also provides direct access to a secure outdoor area with a sandpit, making it particularly well suited to programs involving children and families.
